The Paper Plane is a modern classic cocktail created by bartender Sam Ross in 2007. Named after the M.I.A. song "Paper Plane," this perfectly balanced cocktail features equal parts of four ingredients. It offers a complex flavor profile with bitter-sweet notes from the amaro and Aperol, warmth from the bourbon, and brightness from the fresh lemon juice.
