Ingredients
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Egg White
- Bitters (for garnish)
Directions
- Combine Aperol, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- Shake for about 15 seconds (dry shake).
- Add ice and shake for a further 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with three drops of bitters and a lemon twist.
Variations/Adaptations
- Play with the ratios between the Aperol and Gin.
- Try 2 oz Aperol, 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Simple Syrup, 1 oz egg white for a sweeter variation.
