Gin Fizz
Spirit-Based · 1 serving · Serve: Collins glass
The Gin Fizz is a classic cocktail that dates back to the late 19th century, gaining popularity during the Prohibition era. This frothy, refreshing drink combines the botanical notes of gin with bright citrus, a touch of sweetness, and a silky texture from egg white and cream. The addition of orange blossom water adds a subtle floral aroma, while the soda water creates the signature fizz that gives this cocktail its name. The Gin Fizz is perfect for brunch or as a light, refreshing cocktail any time of day.

Notes/Tips
When working with raw egg white, always use the freshest eggs possible and be aware of the potential risks associated with consuming raw eggs.
For a vegan alternative, you can substitute the egg white with aquafaba (the liquid from canned chickpeas), using about 1 oz.
