Fluffy Margarita
1 serving · Serve: Coupe
The Fluffy Margarita is a luxurious twist on the classic margarita, incorporating egg white to create a silky, creamy texture with a beautiful frothy top. This elegant variation maintains the bright, tangy flavor profile of a traditional margarita but with a smoother mouthfeel and softer finish. The addition of cane sugar syrup instead of traditional simple syrup adds a subtle depth of flavor that complements the premium Casamigos blanco tequila.

Notes/Tips
For a vegan alternative, you can substitute the egg white with aquafaba (the liquid from canned chickpeas), using the same amount (1 oz). This will create a similar foam and texture without using animal products.
When working with raw egg white, always use the freshest eggs possible and be aware of the potential risks associated with consuming raw eggs.
