Spaghett
Beer-Based · 1 serving · Serve: Beer bottle (served in the original bottle)
The Spaghett is a modern, low-effort cocktail that combines the simplicity of beer with the sophisticated bitterness of Aperol and brightness of fresh lemon juice. This unpretentious drink has gained popularity in craft cocktail circles for its accessibility and refreshing taste. The name "Spaghett" is a playful nod to the Italian aperitivo culture (Aperol being an Italian aperitif) combined with the casual nature of drinking beer. It's perfect for summer gatherings, backyard barbecues, or anytime you want something more interesting than a plain beer but don't want to fuss with complex cocktail preparation.

Notes/Tips
Miller High Life is the traditional beer of choice for a Spaghett due to its light, crisp character and "Champagne of Beers" nickname, which pairs well with the slightly bitter and citrusy Aperol. However, any light lager will work.
The direct method is quicker and more casual, while the stirred method with ice chills the Aperol and lemon juice before adding to the beer, resulting in a colder final drink.
Some variations include adding a splash of sparkling water for extra effervescence or using a different amaro in place of Aperol for a different flavor profile.
